I've pretty much decided to go for the Intuos 4 now since everybody seems to be pushing for it xD Thank you guys so much for your input!

I was thinking about buying a new pen tablet because I've been using mine for like 4-5 years now.. which I guess isn't that long since it could last up to 10 years, but the one I have right now is a Wacom CTE-430/B with the active area about 3.5 x 5in, so I've also been wanting a bigger size.
I did some research and found Intuos 4, so I thought about getting the medium sized one.. but 1) it's expensive and 2) forum.deviantart.com/hardware/… I dunno if my laptop can handle the pen tablet. I use Photoshop CS3, and I'm probably gonna buy Painter X or XI soon.
My PC spec:
Windows Vista Home Premium
VAIO VGN-NR160E
Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T5250 @ 3GHz, RAM 2GB
I might go buy an additional 2GB RAM chip soon btw.
Should I get an older version (Intuos 3) with a cheaper price, or go ahead and buy Intuos 4 with the added new features? Or Graphire, even. I mean, I'm pretty sure it'll be a big upgrade from the model I have right now either way.
Any suggestions?

No offense to Sid fans out there, but I wish they just used Pornograffitti agaaain.. even reusing Melissa would've been fine with me D: The idea of using an ex-visual kei band for the FMA theme song is just.. ...meh. I guess FMA's now one of those recent animes with popular visual kei band songs. Targeting girls again, eh, anime staff? Jeez you guys are trying oh-so-hard to make this anime so popular -__- (don't get me wrong--I'm happy that they're trying to make FMA popular; it's just that I don't like the method they're using)
But that's just my opinion. Whatever. At the end, it goes down to whether the song fits the anime or not anyway...

LOL at the casts cos a lot of them are from Gundam 00 hahahaha not surprising though since FMA's gonna pick up for 00 when it ends.

Anyway, sucks that Okawa Toru isn't Roy anymore.. I'm probably gonna laugh when I first hear Miki Shinichiro cos I'm gonna think about Lockon (Gundam 00) and Kojiro (Team Rocket from Pokemon). D: Don't get me wrong, I still appreciate the new designs too, no doubt about it--I like the more-manga-based style. But.. saldfjadk I guess I'm just too biased to determine that cos I'm an Ito Yoshiyuki fan myself (the first season character designer who also does the designs for Soul Eater). I'll probably get used to the new designs soon, hopefully..
But I just can't stand Roy's new design. </i>WTF?</i>

Character Design: Hiroki Kanno = FMA, Wolf's Rain, Cowboy Bebop, Yuyu Hakusho, Eureka Seven, Ouran High School Host Club, Soul Eater (key animator/animation director) & Rahxephon (character design)

For people who have been asking me if the anime's gonna be based off of the manga or a continuation from the movie/first season:
I DON'T KNOW. I'm just a really obsessed fan, not a FMA anime staff lol, so I'm waiting for more info like any of the other fans out there are too.
But I think it's gonna be based off of the manga. I mean, how are they gonna continue it from the previous anime/movie unless they're gonna do something like Higurashi.. multi parallel world woo > >

Both + other brush pens that I bought from a 100 yen store lol evanescent-adoration.deviantar…
It seems like Sakura Pigma pens bleed sometime when I start coloring, so I guess they dry slowly? Copic Multiliner is good until you start using the really fine tipped ones.. I can't apply too much pressure on them because I'm afraid that I'll ruin the tips.
Q.2 What do you use to color?

I get some people asking me how I colored evanescent-adoration.deviantar… , but honestly, that was quite a while ago, and I don't really remember lol D: I know I used like.. water/water color brush tool or something.
As for the pentablet, I think it's Wacom Graphire 4x6? My dad just randomly bought it one day, so it's probably the cheapest one out there that was sold 4 years ago.. I can't even find the exact img of it lol.

I'll just say that the individual DVDs (+ tin can + binder) costed me about $700 with the shipping, and the real State Alchemist silver pocket watch was about $300 with the shipping. Plus, I preordered the DVD box set as I said in my recent journal entry ( evanescent-adoration.deviantar… ) which was like $550. ....So just with those three, it's already what. Well over $1000 rofl. ......It's good to have a job 8DD;;;;;;;
